Tecumseh McDonald's demolition

  • Slusarski Excavating from Adrian was in the process of tearing down the McDonald’s along West Chicago Boulevard in Tecumseh on Wednesday. The 3,944-square-foot building is being razed and, over a 70-day construction process, will be replaced with a 4,273-square-foot, drive-through restaurant. As part of the project, McDonald’s purchased a 0.22-acre piece of adjacent property on Occidental Highway and demolished the single-family home and detached garage.
